This Research Use Only Policy (“Policy”) applies to products offered by Pep Glow Life (“Pep Glow Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through PepGlowLife.com and related Services.

Examples of permitted activities may include legitimate laboratory analysis, analytical testing, method development, educational laboratory activities, or other lawful research activities that do not involve prohibited human or animal use.
Nothing in this Policy authorizes an activity that is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the possession, receipt, storage, security, handling, research activities, disposal, and other permitted use of products comply with applicable laws and requirements.
Purchasers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended permitted research purpose.
Products should be handled and stored in a manner appropriate to the applicable research material.

If a concern is supported by independent laboratory testing, Pep Glow Life may request the complete laboratory report, testing methodology, sample identification, supporting analytical information, and available chain-of-custody information necessary to evaluate the result.
A complaint based solely on effects, expectations, or experiences resulting from prohibited human or animal use does not establish that a product was defective or unsuitable for its represented research purpose.
The Research Use Only status of a product is not changed by:
Pep Glow Life authorizes products to be sold only subject to the Research Use Only restrictions stated in this Policy.
Products may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, transferred, exported, or distributed in violation of applicable law or in a manner inconsistent with their Research Use Only designation.
A purchaser may not remove, conceal, or misrepresent applicable Research Use Only labeling or represent a Pep Glow Life product as intended or approved for human or animal use.
