These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PepGlowLife.com and your purchase and use of products and services offered by Pep Glow Life (“Pep Glow Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated into these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Research Use Only Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Refund & Order Issues Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services or purchase products from Pep Glow Life.
All products offered by Pep Glow Life (the “Material”) are sold solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes.
Material is not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, application, clinical use, diagnostic use, treatment, prevention, therapeutic use, or other personal use.
Material is not sold for use as a food, drug, cosmetic, dietary supplement, medical device, or veterinary product.
Products offered by Pep Glow Life are not offered or represented as FDA-approved drug products. Nothing on this website is intended as medical, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Pep Glow Life.
By placing an order, you certify that:
Pep Glow Life may decline, cancel, or refuse to fulfill an order when we reasonably believe the purchase does not comply with these requirements or applicable law.
Creating a customer account is not required unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products identified in the order.
Pep Glow Life may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment due to product availability, suspected fraud, compliance concerns, payment issues, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid and cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Out-of-stock or unavailable products may be removed from an order, delayed, or canceled.
Products may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, exported, or distributed in violation of applicable law or in a manner inconsistent with their research-use-only designation.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, address-correction charges, and other charges disclosed during checkout.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions and may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, product-description, or system errors. If an error materially affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
Payment is due at checkout unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered by Pep Glow Life.
By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping, and disclosed fees.
You are responsible for verifying your products, quantities, shipping information, and payment information before submitting an order.
We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. Payment processing may therefore also be subject to the applicable processor’s terms and privacy practices.
We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an order, prevent fraud, confirm purchase eligibility, or comply with applicable requirements.
If you believe there is a problem with an order or charge, we encourage you to contact Pep Glow Life promptly so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
In response to a payment dispute, chargeback, or inquiry, Pep Glow Life may provide relevant transaction records to the applicable payment processor, card network, bank, or financial institution. These records may include order information, payment authorization, shipping and tracking information, purchase eligibility certifications, policy acceptances, and communications relating to the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any rights available to a customer under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.
Orders placed before 4 PM PT on business days typically ship the same business day; however, customers should allow up to one business day for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, operational disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an address error is discovered before shipment, contact us promptly. We will attempt to correct the address when reasonably possible. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Pep Glow Life ships only to destinations where we reasonably believe shipment and receipt of the products are legally permissible.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to Pep Glow Life within 72 hours of delivery. We may request your order number, photographs, packaging information, shipping information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to investigate the issue.
Verified fulfillment errors, transit damage, and carrier-confirmed lost shipments may qualify for replacement or refund under our Refund & Order Issues Policy.
Packages shown by the carrier as delivered but reported missing will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. We may request reasonable supporting information and may review carrier records before determining an appropriate resolution.
If you request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we will attempt to cancel the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Orders generally cannot be canceled after shipment.
Due to handling, storage, integrity, and chain-of-custody considerations, research products are generally final sale once shipped and are not ordinarily eligible for return.
This does not prevent Pep Glow Life from providing an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution for a verified fulfillment error, transit damage, carrier-confirmed loss, duplicate billing, inability to fulfill an order, or legitimate product-quality concern.
Approved monetary refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, posting time depends on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider and may typically take 5–10 business days.

Pep Glow Life takes credible product-quality concerns seriously.
If you believe a product materially differs from its represented specifications, contact us with your order information and a description of the concern.
We may request reasonable supporting documentation necessary to investigate a quality or purity concern.
If a customer relies on independent laboratory testing, we may request the complete laboratory report and information reasonably necessary to evaluate the result, which may include the testing method, sample identification, chain-of-custody information, laboratory information, and supporting analytical data.
Pep Glow Life may compare the information with applicable supplier or testing records and may request confirmatory independent testing when reasonably appropriate.
A legitimate and substantiated quality concern may qualify for replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
A claim arising from human or animal consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, therapeutic use, or other prohibited personal use does not establish that the Material was defective or unsuitable for its represented research purpose.
Product descriptions, specifications, packaging, and imagery are provided for identification and general reference. Appearance or packaging may vary by lot or supplier without materially changing the represented product.
Customers are responsible for determining whether Material is suitable for their intended permitted research purpose.
Customers are responsible for appropriate receipt, handling, storage, security, and use of Material after delivery.
Improper storage, handling, contamination, alteration, reconstitution, transfer, or other activity occurring after delivery may affect product integrity and may be considered when evaluating a product-quality claim.
Material must never be used or administered to humans or animals.
You may not use Material for human or animal consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, therapeutic use, personal use, or any other use inconsistent with its research-use-only designation.
You may not use the website or products in violation of applicable law, engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity, interfere with website security or operation, or violate the rights of Pep Glow Life or third parties.
Pep Glow Life reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when we reasonably believe an order involves prohibited use, fraud, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms.
Products may be subject to U.S. export-control, sanctions, or other trade restrictions.
You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise provide Material in violation of applicable law.
You represent that you are not purchasing products for shipment to a prohibited destination or in violation of applicable sanctions or restricted-party requirements.
Website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, photographs, design elements, and other materials displayed through PepGlowLife.com are owned by or licensed to Pep Glow Life unless otherwise indicated and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the website for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Pep Glow Life intellectual property to you.
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, or other service providers.
Pep Glow Life does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
By using our Services or providing contact information in connection with an order or account, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notices, receipts, account notices, and other communications relating to your transactions or use of the Services.
Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to applicable law and any consent or opt-out requirements.
Electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and transaction records may satisfy applicable requirements that communications be provided in writing.
Material is provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and solely for research use, subject to applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pep Glow Life disclaims warranties that may otherwise arise by implication or operation of law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of Material for their intended permitted research purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pep Glow Life will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or relating to the Services or Material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pep Glow Life’s aggregate liability arising from a particular order or Material will not exceed the amount actually paid to Pep Glow Life for the order or Material giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pep Glow Life and its officers, members, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful or prohibited use of Material, material violation of these Terms, negligence, misconduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
Pep Glow Life will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, governmental actions, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, utility failures, or similar events.
This provision does not affect refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state in which Pep Glow Life’s contracting business entity is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
Pep Glow Life may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on the website with its applicable effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by law. Material changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Pep Glow Life may assign its rights or obligations as permitted by applicable law.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and Pep Glow Life concerning the Services and purchases covered by these Terms.
Severability. If a provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
